IT Department – Software Applications Specialist with Emphasis on Reporting
Our printing company is seeking to augment our existing team with a strong IT professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a work setting with relational databases and Crystal Reports. Applicant must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office, Active Directory and MS Exchange. This position will wear many hats and the applicant must be willing to multitask. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are a must as you will be interacting with all levels of the company.
We are looking for a positive person with technical expertise managing a range of technology. A four year degree from an accredited college in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related field is required.
Additional skills preferred, but not required, are Progress database experience, Radius ERP System knowledge, Sharepoint, C#/.NET development experience.

Accounting Department – Data Entry Clerk
Must be proficient in Excel, as well as other computer skills. High volume of data entry work. This is an hourly position, working 8am - 5pm with OT as needed. Hourly rate is $12.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department – Document Control Clerk
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. This is an hourly position, working 7am - 3pm, but may be modified to fit needs. Hourly rate is $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Warehouse – Order Fulfillment Administrator
The Primary Function of this position is to assist in creating, collecting, labeling and processing of documents, including assembly and shipping of products, to fulfill shipments. It involves typing, filing, copying, scanning, emailing, inventory counting, reading customer PO/orders, audit for accuracy, basic accounting principles and able to handle multiple tasks at one time, as well as a strong ability to organize and prioritize throughout the day. This position will support the team, be accountable, and proactively work to help others. We expect customer service excellence. This job involves work both mentally and physically. This position will be involved in all phases of the order cycle. The ideal candidate must have a desire to work in a fast paced environment, without sacrificing quality or integrity of the work. Must be able to communicate with coworkers, other departments and vendors in a positive, timely and professional manner.
